Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering The Venue as your space to gather! We know you will love the space as much as we do! Here are the terms of our rental agreement: - Set up and tear time time need to be included in your reservation. Plan accordingly. We ask that you respect the time reserved and us the venue only during the hours purchased. ​ - Please remove trash and place in the bins in the back. ​ - Refunds are available 60 days prior to your booking. ​ - Be kind to our walls! Please no nails, screws, or anything that punctures our walls be used for set up. Glitter and confetti are not allowed. ​ - Alcohol can be served to individuals over the age of 21 within the event space. No one under the age of 21 can consume alcohol on this property. This facility is smoke and drug-free. ​​ - The Renter shall be liable for any damages to the property that occur during the rental period ​ By booking our venue, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
